Due to PlanetPass policy, no payments can be made outside of the PlanetPass platform. You should ensure all payments are processed through PlanetPass because we will be unable to help with any issues related to cash payments.
PlanetPass acts as an agent between the client and the guide, providing information, support and financial guarantees. Booking and communicating through PlanetPass helps to ensure that you're protected under our General Terms and Conditions, Payment Terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We can only provide security if the reservation is booked and paid for directly through PlanetPass. If the booked tour does not take place with the client at fault (late arrival/cancellation), you will still get paid. If you agree with the client to receive your payment for the tour on the spot, we will not be able to guarantee you a reimbursement in case of an emergency.
Payment transactions outside of PlanetPass put you at risk of fraud and other undesirable security issues. Please use our listed payout method to take payment for successfully provided services.
