There are no penalties for the client’s late arrival, up to fifteen minutes.
If the client is more than fifteen minutes late, please try to contact them directly. If you are unable to reach the client, please contact our Customer Support immediately. In each particular case, we will do our best to reschedule the tour if you are still available.
You will still need to wait for the client at the meeting point during tour's scheduled time and then, when they arrive, conduct the tour for however much time is left. Even if the duration of the tour is shortened, you will still be paid 100% of the tour price.
If the client is more than thirty minutes late, the tour will be cancelled with no refund given to the client. In this event, you will still be paid in full.
For group tours, if some guests have arrived and the others are late, please wait for fifteen minutes and if the late party still hasn't arrived, provide the tour for those clients present.
