The easiest way to amend your booking details after the booking has been confirmed is to contact our Customer Support Team.
We are always glad to help and offer you possible solutions, should any issues arise.
If the guide is still available, the tour can be rescheduled. If your changes don't fit your current guide’s schedule, we may suggest another guide for you.
Alternatively, you can cancel your booking and make a new one. You can cancel the booking with a 100% refund up to:
- Three hours prior to the originally proposed tour start time, if you booked the tour six or more hours in advance;
- Thirty minutes after the receipt of the booking confirmation, if the booking was made less than six hours but more that two hours before the originally proposed tour start time;
- Ten minutes after receipt of the booking confirmation, if the booking was made two hours or less before the originally proposed tour start time.
